Managing Director – Nick Bonnett
Nick leads Mill Software with over 15 years experience managing the development of embedded software across a range of industries.
Nick holds a BA Engineering (Electrical) – First Class Honors and has led Mill Software to work with corporations such as Telstra, Hewlett-Packard, Bosch and Lockheed Martin as well as a number of medium size organisations seeking to develop new and existing products and technologies.
Significant technical skill combines with this management expertise to bring together complex projects in the most straight-forward and commercial way possible.
Experience working in both local and international markets and in production related environments has given Nick this unique commercial focus highly sought after in his industry.
Nick has a particular expertise in creating a best-path-to-market and clients appreciate the reduction in complexity and direct cost savings he delivers.

Mill Software Fee Structure
The Mill Software fee structure utilizes a Capped Time & Materials model. This approach sets a price that a work package (each development stage) will not exceed.
Once the capped fee is set and agreed, Mill Software records all work done towards the work package in time sheets. At the end of the work package, the customer is only charged for the hours worked or the capped amount, which ever is lower.
Some areas of work that are difficult to quantify or where the amount of work is entirely unknown may be quoted as time and materials and not capped. ?
